With user research, our team identified a problem potential recruits were facing—they were unaware of the vast amount of opportunities the U.S. Army provided. We worked to redesign a website that’s more user-friendly on desktop and mobile, creating a customer journey map for easier navigation that showcases available careers and benefits. Copy was updated to align with the current, approachable tone and voice of the U.S. Army, showing potential recruits that, not only did the Army understand them, but it’s an organization that has a place for the person they are now—and will one day become.
