When Healthy Choice came out with a new salad dressing, our team needed to make the launch impactful. We had several obstacles: the Covid climate, meaning virtual production and meetings, and consumers equating the brand with only frozen foods. Through focused strategy, our content resulted in 3+ million social impressions within the first two weeks of going live.
My role in all celebrity Alton Brown content was primarily in creating social copy, editing, and as a contributor during production. In all other content, I was the lead writer.
